To become a member of the Library
| To become a member of the Library,you must be the following people. People who live,study or work in the KATCH area,i.e.Kariya,Anjo,Takahama,Chiryu and Hekinan. |
To be issued a library card
| To aquire a library card,please fill out the library card application form
and submit it to a staff member at the Circulation desk. Please submit 1 piece of identification(drivers license, health insurance card,student I.D. card)along with your application form. |

library as long as copyright laws are observed.(10yen per sheet.) |

You van search Internet for 30 minutes per
